• Install the module from Extensions > Install/Uninstall
• In Plugin manager enable the Content - ContentMap plugin.
• Insert the API Key of Google Maps in plugin's parameter. If you don't have an API Key, generate a new one from Google Maps site

How to display the map within the articles

To find easily the geo coordinates, use the Geo tool of Turismo.eu
After saving the article, under the article will appear:

• a map with the marker corresponding to the coordinates
• the related items (if there are articleswith the same tags)
• the article recently added belonging to the same category

When the plugin is enabled, it display the map only in articles that have the geo coordinates in Key Reference parameter, while in the articles that have this parameter blank there will be only related items and recent articles of the same category.

Here are some exemples of ContentMap:

• Single Hotel: thel ContentMap plugin let you display in the hotel page a Google Map, the related items and e recent articles of the same category.

Plugin parameters

Enable Plugin: enable plugin

Enable cache: enable plugin cache

-------- MAP SETTINGS --------

Enable map: enable the map

Enable Street View: enable or disable street view under the map

API Key: in this parameter insert the API Key of your site. If you don't have an API Key, generate a new one from Google Maps site

Map's width: map's width in pixel (For exemple 650)

Map's height: Map's height in pixel (For exemple 300). If the zoom is set on Large, it's suggested a minimum height of 300px.

Map's zoom: display the Google Maps zoom (Large or Small)

Zoom level: select the zoom level of the map

Map type: select the default map type (map, satellite, hybrid or terrain )

Enable search: enable a tool for Google search

Article title color: parameter to change the color of the title article within the info window

Disable section id List: list of section ids that this plugin is disable. Each id is separated by ','<br/>for example 2,3,8 <br/> '-' means no disable sections

Disable category id List: list of category ids that this plugin is disable. Each id is separated by ','<br/>for example 1,5,6 <br/>'-' means no disable categories

Disable article id List: list of article ids that this plugin is disable. Each id is separated by ','<br/>for example 1,4,9 <br/>'-' means no disable articles

Query by: choose the query to display the articles

Linked Title Char Count: allows you to limit the amount of visible item title text in the linked title. 0 will show all the text

Number of related items: the number of items to display (default 5)

Number of newer news items: the number of newer items to display (default 5)

Show date with title: show the date of the article

Created date display: format of created date: display date (d) month (m, M) year (y, Y) hour (H) minute (i) examples: d/m/Y->1/9/2006 d/m/y->1/9/06 d-m-Y->1-9-2006.

Linked title format with date: format of linked title format with date, where %1$s is date and %2$s is linked title. You can use these formats:<br />+%1$s - %2$s<br />+%2$s %1$s and Created date display is '(d/m/Y H:i)'

Text before: text before the content display

Text after: text after the content display

Margin-left: left margin of displaying list and map. Value in px or %, i.e: 50px or 5%

Margin-right: right margin of displaying list. Value in px or %, i.e: 50px or 5%

Enable Tooltip: show item description in mouseover tooltip

Tooltip Script: select the tooltip script (Joomla Mootool - Overlib - Dhtml tooltip)

Load mootools script: load mootools script

IE6 Tooltip Script: this is only for Internet Eplorer 6.x. Choose Overlib or DHTML Tooltips.

Tooltip Title Char Count: allows you to limit the amount of visible item title text in the tooltip. 0 will show all the text

Tooltip Description Char Count: allows you to limit the amount of visible item description text in the tooltip. 0 will show all the text

Tooltip Description Text Images: allow images in the tooltip description text

Image Width: width of image

Image Height: height of image

• If the Parameter navigation in the menu item is active, the navigation appears above the plugin and not under
