Rilasciata la versione stabile del Modulo ContentMap 1.0.0

Changelog:
- Integrato il nuovo parametro Tipo di mappa che dà la possibilità di impostare un tipo di mappa predefinito (mappa, satellite, ibrido)
- Nuovo parametro Mini-Mappa, per mostrare o nascondere la mini-mappa presente nell'angolo in basso a destra della mappa
- Nuovo parametro Alias Autore, che permette di mostrare una breve descrizione o indirizzo sotto al titolo dell'articolo.
- Allargato lo zoom per la visualizzazione di un singolo marker

Hi Stefan, we may consider to make the br optional through a parameter. In other templates it can be useful.

The file mod_contentmapt mpldefault.php ends up with a . You may consider removing it as it adds an additional empty line if the ContentMap is at the end of a container (div, table, etc).

I have removed the / because the empty space between the "ContentMap by Turismo.eu" and the filtering toolbar was too great.
